Salman Khan is putting all his efforts to make sure that his home production ‘Dabangg’ turns out to be the biggest hit in the industry. He advised his brother Arbaaz Khan, who is also the producer of the film, to release the film on Eid this year, as he believes that Eid is lucky for him.
Salman feels Eid is lucky for his career, because Wanted, which was released on Eid last year, turned to be a big hit last year. After the failures of Veer, and London Dreams, Dabangg will decide Salman’s career. Currently, Salman is putting all of his efforts in Dabangg and other major projects with his close friends like David Dhawan and Sajid Nadiadwala.
After Maine Payar Kiya, this is the first time; Salman Khan is shooting only for one film. Asking about the release date, Arbaaz stated that
“We have locked in on September 30, for Eid. We feel that week will be good for Dabangg . But let’s see if we’re ready on time because we still have four songs to shoot. And then we need a clear three months for the post-production marketing and publicity. So the date is liable to change.”
