Prithviraj Kapoor’s house to be converted into a museum

Prithviraj Kapoor’s house in Peshawar will be converted into a museum. Sheikh Amjad Rashid, a film distributor in Pakistan, is seeking permission from the Khyber Pakhtunwala government to renovate the haveli in old Peshawar.

He said,

We’re planning to renovate the five-storey home at Dakhi Nalbandi and turn into a museum. It’s a source of pride for our country and we want to preserve it. The haveli is of historical significance. We also plan to invite the Kapoor clan, particularly Ranbir, to inaugurate the museum.
