“My Name Is Khan” Distribution rights

Well, even before the promos go on air, the ShahRukh Khan Kajol starrer magnum opus directed by Karan Johar is garnering a whole lot of hoopla. The latest buzz going the rounds is that the Worldwide Distribution Rights for ” My Name Is Khan ” are going to be sold for 100 Crores, this surpasses the recent bench-mark of Ghajini, which till now held the record with Ninety Crores. Earlier, Singh is Kinng was sold for Sixty Crores.

The purchaser of the rights is Fox Broadcasting Company. Considering the fact that our very popular King Khan is quite a force to reckon with in India and abroad , with magnanimous fan folllowing in Briatin and United Arab Emirates , the offer seems to be apt. Well, lets hope the dream team of SRK, Kajol and K Jo lives up to the expectations.
