Maria Islam Wins Pepsi campaign Award

Million of youths have played Pepsi, The Game and around 1.2 lakh people cleared the three levels of the game as well, but who is the winner; at least not a guy. Maria Islam won the piped the rest for the top prize by giving the line

“Loser Game Master…you gotta think faster…Aur bhi koi chunauti hai to le aao, par tab tak kehte raho…Youngistan ka wow!!!”

Ranbir Kapoor, who was also the part of the campaign, awarded her with Rs.500,000 for giving the most catchy closing line for Pepsi’s ad campaign — The Game. Pepsi Co continued the ad campaign through IPL season 3 and planned to declare the winner on the final day of IPL tournament.

At the time of receiving award, Maria shared her experiences,

“I am very, very happy on winning the prize from Pepsi and doubly for getting it from the youth icon Ranbir Kapoor. This is an unbelievable experience.”

Ranbir Kapoor, Pepsi’s brand ambassador, said,

“The Game by Pepsi is a rocking concept and we were confident from the beginning that it would connect instantly with the Youngistaanis. I am delighted with the response and am already looking forward to what’s next for me and the rest of the Youngistaan from Pepsi”.
