Imran Khan’s fun visit to New York University

Imran Khan visited the New York University to promote his upcoming film Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu and came back thoroughly entertained by the students.

About 100 students from the university and other neighbouring colleges put up an interesting show for Imran Khan. They danced to the popular songs Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu and Auntyji from the movie, co-starring Kareena Kapoor.

I had a blast at NYU. Everyone was so enthusiastic, they put on a very polished, confident show, and the surprise flash mob at the end was perfectly executed. My best wishes to all the students involved.

Imran Khan said in a statement.

The students had been practising for the performance for over two weeks, ahead of Imran’s visit to New York as part of the promotional tour.

Mohit Chhatpar, coordinator of the flash mob and the president of NYU Dillagi, a Bollywood dance team, says:

It was really fun to be doing a flash mob and having Imran among us was all the more fun. He was very sporting and interacted with the students. We are excited about this movie as well and are glad he could come and be among us to talk about his movie.

Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu is slated to release on February 10. The film has been shot in the US.
