I never run after stars says Anurag Kashyap

The one Director who has always worked with Freshers and less konws faces in Bollywood, says,

I never run after stars. I keep looking for good talent because it’s fun working with newcomers. They are hungry for perfection and give their soul to their work. They will go to any level. They don’t have any ego and they submit themselves to the film,

Anurag was here to launch a talent portal called ‘Tumbhi’ that will provide a platform to the new artists to showcase their skills. Anurag will mentor fresh talents.

Speaking about the that, he said,

It’s my uncle’s company. I’m part of this company and my ideas are involved in this. I’m involved at the conceptual stage, I will focus on short films. There are other people who will be involved with other things. I’ll mentor talent who want to make films.

So far Anurag Kashyap has made films like Black Friday, No Smoking and Dev D, which had most of the less knows faces,

Anurag was ask if he would like to work with the stars in future ? and the answer was,

I would love to work with big stars. In fact, for one of my films I am looking at that. It’s just that I sometimes feel scared that if I work on a big film, will I be able to make the kind of film I want to as a lot of money is involved.
