Guess who called K Jo ?

On the day of release of Wake Up Sid , Karan Johar woke up to a call from Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) on friday . And the reason for the call was that he addressed Mumbai as Bombay in his latest produced fillum, Wake Up Sid . Starring Ranbir Kapoor and Konkona Sen Sharma as the lead pair, the movie was directed by Ayan Mukerji .

On one hand, MNS volunteers were protesting the screening of Wake Up Sid in select cinema hall, Karan rushed to meet MNS chief Bal Thackerey at his Shivaji Park residence. MNS vice-president Vageesh Saraswat accepted the fact that Karan Johar asked for an apology for his unintentional error. Coming out of the meeting, Raj Thackeray was quoted as saying that such heinous mistakes would not be taken lightly, and that Karan Johar has accepted his mistake.

Raj further added that Karan has asked for three-four days so as to rectify his mistake , if even after that he fails to take corrective action, they would not let it pass. Well, lets just hope and pray that Karan gets out of this issue real soon.
