Dhobi Ghat Screened at Toronto Film Festival

It seems that Kiran Rao is following steps of her husband Aamir Khan; like her husband, her flicks has also made remarks before its release. Yes, that’s true, Kiran’s first directorial debut, Dhobi Ghat will be screened at the Toronto Film Festival under the Special Presentations section on September 10, 2010.

This time, lead actor, Prateek Babbar will also join Kiran Rao and Aamir Khan. After seeing the flick, the Festival director, Cameon Bailey has been in love with the flick. A source said,

“Cameron thinks Dhobi Ghat is a veritable masterpiece, a little gem that has the creative potency to become a cult film.”

After ‘Jaane Tu ….’, this is second time, Prateek Babbar will be coming on silver screen. Well, again Aamir and Kiran will be enjoying together a party at Toronto. Kudos Kiran!
