Court will decide today if Don 2 makers will have to pay the damages or not

Farhan Akhtar who was charged for violating copyrights by adopting the Don signature tune, songs of the original Don and also copying its script, characters and music without prior intimation is awaiting for the verdict weather he will have to pay the compensation of Rs.200 crores or not,

Farhan is currently eagerly waiting for the Don 2 release, which opened across cinema halls in the U.K. yesterday and will release worldwide tomorrow,

Even though the Bombay High Court cleared the release of the film a decision on damages to be paid if any will be taken today by division bench of Chief Justice Mohit Shah and justice Roshan Dalvi.

Nariman Films and the Irani Family had claimed damages to the extent of Rs.200 crores for violating copyrights, as the rights of the said film script were given only for the remake and not for the sequel.
