Bollywood goes 3D

While 3D is not a new thing for Hollwyood, it is ofcourse for Bollywood, that is the reasone why Bollywood film makers have jumped on to making their films in three dimension,

Recently Bollywood experienced 3D in Vikram Bhatt’s ‘Haunted’, audiance liked the experiment and hence other directors decided to go 3D, Don 2 the Shah Rukh Khan starter by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar will also have 3D effect and will be dubbed in Tamil and Telugu as well,

Ritesh Sidhwani said,

Looking at the demand for the brand Don, we decided on the 3D format. We first did a few 3D conversion tests on the earlier Don and the outcome was very good,

He also menioned aht adding 3D to Don was always in Farhan’s mind.

Sidhwani continued saying,

Since Farhan felt that the new format would make the Don experience even more memorable and exciting, we decided to go ahead with the 3D format. I was in Los Angeles recently and saw some 3D conversion tests and was tatally blown by the effect.

Vikram Bhatt after Haunted is all set to make two more movies in 3D, the films are Raaz 3 and Dangerous Ishq, also Shirish Kunder is making ‘Joker’ in 3D with actors Akshay Kumar, and Salman Khan will be seen in 3D film ‘Sher Khan’ by Sohail Khan,

Film audiance will watch in 2011 and 2012 are Ra.One, Don 2, Raaz 3, Jokerr, Dangerous Ishq and Sher Khan.
