Assault case filed against Saif Ali Khan

Not first time though, but a case against Saif Ali Khan has been registered, he is been accused of assaulting a man in Taj Hotel, Mumbai.

The case is been registered under Section 325 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), claiming that Saif along with two other people assaulted a man inside Wasabi restaurant in Taj hotel at Colaba.

Mumbai police has started investigation and has called Saif Ali Khan at Police station for inquiry, he is likely to show up at 8 pm, Saif will be arrested and then granted bail as he will be booked under Indian Penal Code 325 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt) which is a bailable offence,

But according to the sources, if found guilty, Saif may face a jail term for seven years,

Earlier Saif had assaulted a photojournalist in 2008, the case was dismissed following a mutual understanding, but wonder what will happen this time,

Karisma, and Amrita arora were also at the restaurant with Saif and Kareena, S Iqbal, a South African businessman of Indian origin who also seated near Saif at the restaurant said,

He asked Saif to speak softer. But Saif retorted that if Iqbal wanted quiet, he should visit a library. The fight after some arguements turned physical and two men who were with Said also attacked himand also,

Looking at the case other way round, this controversy will definitely give good audience to Saif Kareena starer Saif’s home production ‘Agent Vinod’ which is releasing on 23rd March 2012.
