Asin-Sallu’s Ready in Trouble

After London Dreams, once again Salman Khan and Asin are paired in Anees  Bazmee, Ready. Both the actors have packed their bags and flew to Sri Lanka for their shooting. The film is again a remake of a Telgu film with the same name.

But it seems that the film has started facing challenges from the starting as the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce (SIFCC) even passed a resolution banning the films of these stars. Opposing the decision of SIFCC, Slaman said,

“I don’t really understand this. If there are some people here (in Sri Lanka) who are not doing well and are in trouble, then we have come to entertain them. We are here to give them something. This way we won’t be able to visit Kashmir, Gujarat or Afghanistan. If our people are in difficulty we should not abandon them.”

Though Asin is also a South Indian actress and not attended IFAA Awards to avoid any controversial issues raised by SIFCC. She said,

“I value and care for the feelings of my fans very much. Attending the awards function in Sri Lanka was my call and I decided not to go. But the final decision regarding Ready is to be taken by the producer and I’m contract-bound to shoot for them. I have expressed my concerns and I believe they will be taken into consideration before the final decision is taken.”
