Amitabh & Balki Teams up for Third Film

After giving two hit movies together, Cheeni Kum and Paa, Amitabh Bachchan has decided to work again with director, R Balki. The filmmaker also enjoyed when 67-year-old Amitabh Bachchan won the National Award stated that, “ This should have been Amitji’s 25th National Award.”

Actor and filmmaker are The film will be produced by AB Corp. Talking about their  third film, Amitabh says,

“It will be produced by AB Corp and should flag off by the year-end.”

But before starting Balki’s next, Amitabh will start shooting for Raj Kumar Santoshi’s next, tentatively titled Bhanwar and Prakash Jha’s Aarakshan and Puri Jagannanth’s Buddha. Talking about Puri’s next,

“He’s a top Telugu director who directed Pokhri, the film Salman’s (Khan) Wanted was based on. He now wants me for a Hindi film titled Buddha meaning old man.”

Meanwhile Amitabh will also host the show, KBC 4, which is slated to flag off on his 68th birthday (October 11). Excited Amitabh talks about the show,

“The response at the auditions was unbelievable! It’s been 10 years but the interest hasn’t waned. It’s this love that I receive from people that gives me the strength to go on and do shows like KBC and films like Paa.”
