Ali Zaffar received Dadasaheb Phalke award

Pakistani singer turned actor Ali Zaffar received the Dadasaheb Phalke academy award on 3rd of May. 31 years old Ali Zaffar made his Debut in Bollywood in the year 2010 in a small budget movie “Tere Bin Laden” which was a sleeper hit at box office. The next movie he worked in was “Mere Brother Ki Dulhan” alongside Katrina Kaif and Imran Khan and even Mere Brother Ki Dulhan was a hit and his recent work was “London Paris NewYork” which did pretty well on box office.

“I am getting Dadasaheb Phalke Academy Awards. I have flown in from Dubai to receive the award personally tomorrow. I am feeling honored to get such a prestigious award. To receive an award of this stature is a huge achievement for me. I am thankful to the academy,”

Zafar told.

The above mentioned event is organized annually regarding Dada Saheb Phalke Jayanti and most of the senior and critical members of film industry are honored by presenting trophies for their outstanding work.
