Akshay Kumar is gearing up and putting all his efforts for his next flick Patiala House, directed by Nikhil Advani.  Everybody knows that he is learning blowing for the movie. But, buzz up is that, he will share on-screen with former British Captain, David Gower in the movie.  It’s like dream come true for Akshay!

Recently, the crew shot a few scenes with Kumar and Gower at the Oval. The scene shot at the Oval will be cricket matches played between various teams. Apart from Gower, other former England captains, Graham Gooch, John Emburey and Nasser Hussain are also expected to feature in special appearances.

Akshay is playing a character of Gattu, whose cricketing career is cut short by his dictatorial father (played by Rishi Kapoor). Gattu gets a second chance when the England selectors put together a brand-new team for a Twenty20 World Cup in England after a disastrous Test series in India.

Akshay has been taking training under Balwinder Singh Sandhu, at Malshej Ghat during the shoot of Farah Khan’s Tees Maar Khan before leaving for the London schedule.
