Abhishek & Amitabh in Ramu’s Company 2

Generally when directors make movies they keep big stars in that and same they follow in their sequels as well. But Ram Gopal Varma is doing something unique when it came to remake of his super hit flick, Company. The filmmaker has already roped Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Bachchan for the flick, and now he is planning to rope Amitabh Bachchan as a senior cop in the film.

The new flick will revolve around four encounter specialists who fall apart following war between the underworld dons who they owe their allegiance to. Varma apparently found his reel-life character from real-life cops like Pradeep Sharma, Vijay Salaskar, Daya Nayak and Sachin Vaze.

The turning point comes after a conflict between Dutt, who supposedly plays Pradeep Sharma, and Devgn who portrays Daya Nayak, forces others in the department, including Abhishek whose character is inspired by Sachin Vaze, to take sides. Amitabh Bachchan is the senior officer who must ensure that the issues between his officers don’t come in the way of tackling the law and order problem in the city.

Though, Varma denied to comment on the casting but confirmed that the script is on its development stage.
