Salman- Asin friendship turns bad

Until not too long ago, Asin could not stop raving about her London Dreamz co-star, but now as the movie released today, along came the news that the leading pair of the movie are not too fond of each other. Well, these Bollywoodsy people, and their emotions just fluctuate so much! Well, the reason for this fallout is none, actually. What happened recently was that during a recent press conference, for the promotion of their movie, Salman Khan absolutely ignored Asin’s presence. In the sense, that he saw her, but completely avoided her, not acknowledge her presence at all.

Let us elaborate on what happened exactly,a press conference was scheduled to be held. Interviews were going to be held in two adjacent studios. Asin started with her interviews at 1 pm. Salman Khan was unwell after his Kolkata trip and wanted his interviews rescheduled but however, continued chatting with the media. Asin, obviously wanting to meet her superstar co-actor came from her studio, to where Salman was talking to the media. Salman completely overlooked her. Asin sat and sat waiting for some attention to be showered upon her, but to no avail, Salman kept on ignoring her, till the moment it ended, after which he just got up and left.

Well, it might seem odd, this sudden change in Salman’s behaviour , however, it is for a reason. And the reason is, that apparently, Salman’s growing friendship with Asin was creating some problem in his relationship with girlfriend Katrina Kaif. Well whatever the reason, we hope these two mend ways.

Bips sleepless

Sultry bong babe, Bipasha Basu is losing her night’s sleep these days. However, this has got nothing to do with anything naughty or related to love. But it is just that Bips is burning the midnight oil working these days, as a result, she does not manage to get any sleep at nights. But then, you must be wondering, when does she sleep if not at night? Well, she does try and catch a few winks during the daytime but then that is not quite peaceful and enough. But despite this sleep deprivation, she does still manage to look gorgeous.

Also, Bipasha’s first Bengali-starrer ‘Shob Charitra Kalponik’ (also titled ‘Afterword’) was screened at the ongoing Osian Cinefan Film Festival in Delhi on Sunday, which even got ovation, not standing though, at the end of the screening. Guess Bips really should celebrate what with even her latest release All The Best being a success.

Deepika Ranbir romance kaput

The hottest sensations of bollywood became one of the most celebrated couples as well, once their romanvce began. It all started with the shooting of Bachna Ae Haseeno, when hot Deepika and cool Ranbir found comfortin in each others company. However it is sad to know that their erratic life schedules have started taking its toll over their relationship, which seems to be dying a slow death now. Also the signs of their patch-up do not seem too obvious. Also, common friends of the couple have tried to reason out with them to give their love another chance to blossom, but all in vain.

Well, apparently the biggest issue  hinderng their love seems to be Deepika’s over-possessiveness and her constant eyeing of Ranbir’s whereabouts. It seems, Ranbir felt claustrophobic because if the same. They raised eyebrows when they arrived separately at Karan Johar’s fashion show during the India Couture Week recently. This was followed by a fight the same night at Shabina Khan’s birthday bash. Also, maybe the fact that Ranbir’s mom Neetu Sigh was never quite appreciative of their liaison, might be a factor in the crumbling relationship.

Shilpa finally to be engaged

Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra have been seeing each other since times immemorial now, however their wedding plans, are not getting materialized due to some or the other reason. Shilpa had planned to get married, by the end of this year, 2009, however due to unavilability of a suitable venue, their plans seem to have been jeopardized. However, Shilpa is due to be wearing beau Raj Kundra’s ring on the 24th of October, finally now.

The engagement will be a small affair, what with only near and dear family members of the Kundra and Shetty family to be invited. It is scheduled to take place at Raj’s house. Shilpa would don a Manish Malhotra saree for the event. And the marriage is slated to take place sometime early next year.

Dino, Lara lash each other

Generally cine-stars have a tendency to remain mum about their relationships. They do not accept that they are seeing each other, even after their break up they maintain , they never were into a relationship. But it seems, now that times are changing, what with fillum stars being more vocal and transparent about their personal lives.

The reason which has prompted these comments are that Lara and Dino are not seeing each other anymore. Well, this had to happen considering the fact that after her recent movies, including Partner and Blue, Lara was getting more and more successful by the day, whereas poor Dino did not quite make it to the A-list, yet. So when recently Lara was posed with a question about their relationship she replied that, ” Just by going on two dates and a dinner does not make you a couple”.When Dino heard Lara’s reply, he got disheartened and said “What can I say now? I wonder what we shared all the while then?”

Agreed, Lara is happy with current beau Mahesh Bhupathi and Dino with Nandita Mahtani, but still, guys, you can show some sort of respect to your ex-es, right? Until and unless this is a ploy just to be in news!

New girl in Viveik’s life ?

Well, since his alleged affair and break up with bollywood queen Aishwarya Rai long time back, Viveik Oberoi has not been seen in a steady relationship for too long. The buzz these days is, he is dating his co-star from his forthcoming fillum, Neeru Bajwa. The name does sound familiar, right? Neeru Bajwa is a Vancouver born television artist who is a Punjabi model too. Some time back, she was seen on Nach Baliye 2 with her then-boyfriend Amit Sadh, another TV actor.

Buzz is that apparently on the sets of Prince- Its Showtime , their new movie together, Neeru and Viveik became close. This also led to an apparent increase in the length of Neeru’s role in the flick, thanks to the way she charmed both, the director Kooki Gulati, and the lead actor Viveik.

When asked about her alleged liaison, Neeru says,  “I hope Vivek is still enamoured by my beauty. He is a great co -star. I don’t know if there was any attraction, but I was very nervous because I was doing my first Hindi film. Vivek, Kookie and I are good friends, we hung out and got along awesomely.”

She also accepted the fact, that she and Amit Sadh broke-up quite sometime ago, and did not go ahead with their marriage plans. Well, than, lets just see what is cooking here these days!

Hera Pheri 3 cast ready

We all would agree that the original Hera Pheri, which has Paresh Rawal, Suneiol Shetty, Akshay Kumar and Tabu in lead roles, had us all in splits. To the extent that the makers of the movie, including Firoz Nadiadwala made a sequel too of it, titled Phir Hera Pheri. Impressed by the success of this movie as well, the filmmakers have been long contemplating the third series to the movie.

And now, finally their dream is taking shape in reality, what with Katrina Kaif, Suneil Shetty, Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal coming together for the next movie in the series titled Hera Pheri 4. The reason it has been called Hera Pheri 4, though it is just the third part, is not yet known, and the film-makers plan to disclose it in the promos of the fillum.

The novelty of this movie is the female lead and the director. This movie would also see the appearance of Katrina Kaif, which comes as no surprise, when you have Akshay Kumar, who looks the best with sexy Katrina. Whereas the first two parts were directed by Neeraj Vora and Priyadarshan, however this part would be directed by Anees Bazmee, for a change.
